The general rebate stream is available to any Moonee Valley resident. The concession rebate stream is available only to Moonee Valley residents who hold a concession card.
Concession rebates from Moonee Valley City Council are available to eligible concession card holders. These are available to owner occupier households or households with tenants who have an eligible concession card. Please see eligible concession cards below.
