Moonee Valley rebates

Moonee Valley City Council offers rebates for products installed through the Home Energy Upgrades program. The general rebate stream is available to any Moonee Valley resident. The concession rebate stream is available only to Moonee Valley residents who hold a concession card.

Concession rebates from Moonee Valley City Council are available to eligible concession card holders. These are available to owner occupier households or households with tenants who have an eligible concession card. Please see eligible concession cards below.

Rebates are limited per product; however, residents may choose more than one type of home energy upgrade and receive the applicable rebates for each upgrade type (general and/or concession).

For example, an eligible concession card holder may choose more than one type of home energy upgrade and receive the applicable rebates for each upgrade type. If they would like one split system ($500 rebate), one heat pump hot water system ($1,000 rebate) and one bundle of draught proofing works ($200 rebate), the total value of their rebates would be $1,700.

Note: All Moonee Valley City Council rebates can be stacked with all other existing Federal and State rebates.
